Sage1 Property Management has just onboarded Ocean Pointe Condominiums to AppFolio - an online portal for our association that will allow owners to access:

• your account statement
• community documents such as By-laws, minutes, etc.
• community calendar, events, meetings, announcements
• architectural change requests
• Initiate and follow maintenance requests*

The new parking rules are going into effect starting Friday, July 1st. Please make sure that you have updated your vehicle information here and have your parking stickers visibly displayed. Your guests will need to have a guest pass visibly displayed in their cars as well.  Guest passes will be available in the lobby. Guest passes are also available to print here.

 

The awning replacement project started on Sept 20th and will be in progress throughout the winter.  Management has sent an e-mail out to owners with details of what to expect.  Please e-mail oceanpointe@sage1llc.com with any questions about this work.

The concrete for the new pool deck is now in and the finishing touches will be done tomorrow.  The pool will then be ready to be cleaned and filled on Thursday July, 15th.  Unfortunately, once the pool is filled the water needs to be tested, the electrical inspected and paperwork submitted to the health department which means the pool won't be able to open by this weekend.

Due to predicted storms the pool deck will be being poured on Monday, July 12th.

The Ocean Pointe gym will be re-opening to residents in the next couple weeks.  The association has ordered a UV light that will sanitize the space when a resident leaves the gym.  The equipment is also set to be serviced next week to ensure it's ready for use.  The target gym re-opening date is July 12th.
