Introducing AppFolio!

Sage1 Property Management has just onboarded Ocean Pointe Condominiums to AppFolio - an online portal for our association that will allow owners to access:
- your account statement
- community documents such as By-laws, minutes, etc.
- community calendar, events, meetings, announcements
- architectural change requests
- Initiate and follow maintenance requests*
HERE is some helpful information on what the portal offers and information about setting up your account.
*DO NOT use the app for emergency concerns. Those should be called into the office.
Survey
The Board has been approached by some members who believe a heated pool would benefit the community. There are some members who do not agree. The cost of the unit is $6,602, which would be paid for out of the capital reserve account. The unit would cost an estimated $1,450 per year to operate. This comes to about $2.08 per unit per month. As there has been a lot of discussion about a pool heater, the Board wanted to see what owners think. Please indicate your preference below. Thank you!! (This survey will end November 14th)
