Ocean Pointe HOA Board Members

President: Maureen Corbin
Bio: Maureen and her husband, John, have owned their condo since 2001. She is a graduate of Rutgers University. After 23 years working as a Director in the Market Research field, she retired and moved down here full time. She loves living here, cares deeply about the decisions that impact our Condo and works for what is in the best interest of all owners.

Vice President: Vincent Rago
Bio: I have been an owner at Ocean Pointe since 2018.  I have lived here full time since 2020. I take an interest in the building as if it is my own home.  I have been self-employed since 1982. I ran three successful businesses including a gasoline station, auto repair shop & towing company.  I am now retired. My son continues to run the business which I still do consulting for.  My wife, Theresa, and I love living in Long Branch.  We enjoy the beach, bike rides and long walks along the water.

Treasurer: Kristin Buckley
Bio: Kristin has lived in Ocean Pointe since 2015 and absolutely loves it! Kristin graduated from Steven's Institute of Technology in Hoboken NJ with a B.S. in Pure and Applied Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Science with a focus in Databases, Security and Privacy.  She worked for Barclays bank for 10 years their Cyber Security department specializing in security data analytics.  She is now working for Sphere Technology Solutions as a Principal Strategist.  She is the current treasurer of the Ocean Pointe Condominium Association and has served on two other boards (the Highridge Condo Association board and the Institute for Nursing board).

Secretary: Elliot Fuld
Bio: My wife Mimi and I have been owners at Oceanpointe since February, 2021. Our family, including children and  grandchildren, very much enjoy spending time in Long Branch, in Pier Village, at the pool and at the beach. For the past forty years, I have been a practicing attorney in New Jersey and New York specializing in civil and criminal  litigation in both state courts and federal courts. 

Community Member: Steve Matilsky
Bio: Steve has been an Owner at Ocean Pointe since September 2014. He holds an Associates Degree in Arts from Union College and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture. Professionally trained as an architect turned commercial contractor he spearheads Matilsky Construction, LLC which performs work throughout the state. Steve and Randi are avid beach goers and enjoy their condo and time at the Jersey shore as they treat it like a weekend vacation all year round.

Property Manager: Bill Mosey
Bio: Having managed restaurants, hotels, apartment buildings, condominium hotels, shopping centers and high-rises; Bill eventually found himself in the condominium world and opened Sage 1, LLC. Bill successfully managed Ocean Pointe many years earlier (with a prior management company), so when the opportunity came up, the Board brought him back under Sage 1, LLC. In addition to thirty years of condominium experience, Bill has B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional management and a minor in Business Administration from Drexel University. Drawing from his hospitality roots, Bill prefers to bring an honest, no nonsense, common sense approach to his management style. “At the end of the day, you have to keep things in perspective. This a non-profit condominium with volunteer board members. It can be soundly managed, yet still should be fun for everyone involved!”
