On July 28th & 29th the gas company will be replacing the gas lines at Ocean Pointe.  They will require access to all units for this work.  Please ensure you'll be present in your unit on these dates to allow entry or that Sage1 has a copy of your key and will be able to grant the gas company entry into your unit.  The north side of the building will be completed on the 28th & the south side on the 29th.
